Terms of service.

The shortest version that's still honest.

01 — What this is

whowonthedebate.com is an automated debate-analysis tool. The output is a structured opinion derived from a public video transcript. It is not legal, academic, journalistic, or medical advice. It is not the final word on any debate.

02 — Acceptable use

  • Personal use, education, journalism, criticism, research — encouraged.
  • Sharing analyses on social media, embedding them, citing them with attribution — encouraged.
  • Automated scraping, redistribution at scale, or rebranding the output as your own — not allowed.
  • Submitting URLs to harass, defame, or target individuals — not allowed.

03 — No warranty

The analyses are provided "as is". The pipeline can make mistakes — that's why every claim references a timestamp you can verify yourself. Don't rely on a single verdict for high-stakes decisions.

04 — Takedown requests

If you are a debater featured in an analysis and you believe it materially misrepresents your statements (not just disagrees with you), email hello@whowonthedebate.com with the video URL and the specific claim_ids in dispute. We respond within 14 days.

05 — Governing law

Swiss law. Jurisdiction: courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
