The case is decided
It wasthe second debater.
The second debater won because he kept the debate focused on what must be proven: a single law is not major unbelief unless the person believes it is permissible or better than Allah’s law, and declaring a Muslim ruler an unbeliever requires clear, specific proof about that ruler with no room for interpretation. The first debater gave many Quranic and scholarly examples, but on the mere act of legislating he never produced decisive evidence that it is major unbelief without belief. On Saudi Arabia, the second debater showed the constitution and official reservations give Sharia precedence, while the first debater’s evidence about the UN and Israel stayed open to interpretation and did not prove MBS himself crossed a clear line. The first debater also narrowed or dropped some earlier claims under pressure.
